PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a kit, or the like for detection capable of detecting and quantitating a detection target rapidly, inexpensively, and easily with high sensitivity. SOLUTION: The kit for detecting the detection target 50 in a specimen includes the first bonded material 10, where a first substance containing a pH-responding polymer 11 is bonded to a first antibody 13 to the detection target 50, and the second bonded material 20, where a second hydrophilic substance 21 having charge is bonded to a second antibody 23 to the detection target 50.
