PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tape binding device capable of favorably feeding a wide tape to a loop forming mechanism without causing a slip or the like, and having excellent durability. SOLUTION: A feed mechanism 9 for feeding a tape T from a tape roll to a loop forming mechanism includes a conveying roller 31 and a conveying belt 32. The conveying belt 32 includes a curved region D1 along a predetermined region C1 of a peripheral surface 31a of the conveying roller 31, and secures a wide contact area with the tape T in the conveying direction.
