PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mount and operate a capacitor in a predetermined temperature range. SOLUTION: The purpose is attained by having a ventilating air-conditioning system 3 for air-conditioning the vehicle inside 1 in the predetermined temperature range by causing the introduction of fresh air to the vehicle inside 1 and exhaust air to the vehicle outside 2 from the vehicle inside 1, and arranging the capacitor 4 supplying electric power to electric equipment 20 for operation including an electric motor MM for traveling and a heat exchange part 5 for forcibly adjusting the temperature to be kept in the predetermined temperature range T1 by exchanging heat with the exhaust air from the vehicle inside 1 of air-conditioning this capacitor 4 in the predetermined temperature range T.
