PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a saddle-riding type vehicle comprising a pair of supporting members such as front suspensions, and a supported member such as a front fender, for improving the work efficiency of mounting the supported member and suppressing the vibration of the supported member relative to the supporting members. SOLUTION: A motorcycle comprises the pair of right and left front suspensions 30L, 30R, and the front fender 40. The front fender 40 has a pair of rear mounted face portions 42, 42 in which holes 42a, 42a are formed. The front suspensions 30L, 30R have mounting faces 33a, 33a abutting on the rear mounted face portions 42, 42 across the front fender 40, and bosses 33b, 33b fitted to the holes 42a, 42a. Annular dampers 34, 34 are fitted to the bosses 33b, 33b, and portions of the dampers 34, 34 are arranged between each of the pair of mounting faces 33a, 33a and each of washers 47, 47.
