PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method capable of efficiently mass-producing a gel product where the particulate added to a gel-like composition is uniformly dispersed whose product value is more increased through pageant, fashion property, or high functionality. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the gel product where the particulate is uniformly dispersed includes the following steps of (1) the step of heating a liquid gelled composition containing a deacylation type gellan gum, a native type gellan gum, and water at 80 to 100°C to flux the gellan gum while stirring the same liquid gelled composition, (2) the step of adding the particulate to the liquid gelled composition obtained in the step (1) to stir and uniformly disperse the same, and then cools down the same to a cooling temperature lower than a particulate fixation temperature at which the particulate in the composition is not sedimented and the uniform dispersion can be kept, (3) the step of re-heating the liquid gelled composition obtained in the step (2) to increase its fluidity and is then filled in a product container, and (4) the step of hardening the liquid gelled composition filled in the product container in the step (3) by cooling the product at a gelling temperature or less.
