PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately and safely provide treatment by providing an operator with information for preventing underirradiation of an area to be treated and overirradiation of normal tissues, in radiotherapy. SOLUTION: An irradiation system 2 applies a radiation beam for treatment to a subject, and a scattered radiation detection system 3 detects scattered radiation which is generated on the basis of the radiation beam for treatment. A data processing system 5 acquires absorbed dose data from data on the detected scattered radiation, so as to construct fusion model data by making the absorbed dose data correspond to a shape image obtained by imaging the subject.
