PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food-heating oven which can uniformly heat foods, can be carried to a desired place, and can easily be assembled or disassembled. SOLUTION: Provided is the food-heating oven 1 for thermally cooking a food raw material to be heated, characterized by comprising a floor portion 12 placed at a using place, a peripheral wall portion 13 separately formed from the floor portion 12 and placed on the floor portion 12, and a ceiling portion 14 separately formed from the peripheral wall portion 13 and placed on the peripheral wall portion 13, assembling an oven body 2 having an inner receiving space S and a front side-opening portion 2a for outward opening the receiving space S with the floor portion 12, the peripheral wall portion 13 and the ceiling portion 14, having a food-heating portion 4 disposed in the receiving space S and separately formed to thermally cook the food raw material to be heated, disposing the food-heating portion 4 in a state that a heating member 5 for placing the food raw material to be heated can freely be put in or out, dividing the upper side and lower side of the receiving space S into a food-heating chamber S1 and a combustion chamber S2 for receiving a combustion portion 6, respectively, with the heating member 5, and communicating the food-heating chamber S1 with the combustion chamber S2 through a hot gas path.
