PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire improved in durability by reducing a tire temperature, particularly, the temperature of the tire near a bead part. SOLUTION: This pneumatic tire 1 includes at least projections 17 for generating turbulent flows which are formed on at least a part of the surface 15 of the tire. The projections 17 are formed on the surface of the tire between a tire maximum width position P1 and a bead outer position P2 on the tire radial outer side of the bead part 3 brought into contact with a rim flange.
