<p>Provided is an autoanalzyer, whereby an abnormality in the temperature of a liquid in a reaction container can be detected without fail, and a method of detecting an abnormality in the temperature of a liquid in a reaction container. While successively pipetting absorbance-temperature correlation reagents showing a correlation between absorbance and temperature into a reaction container as a specimen and reagents, the absorbance of the absorption-temperature correlation reagents in the reaction container is measured at predetermined timings. By using a calibration curve indicating the correlation of the absorbance-temperature correlation reagents, absorbances obtained by the optical measurement are converted into temperatures. Based on the temporal change pattern of the temperatures of the absorption-temperature correlation reagents thus converted, the occurrence or nonoccurrence of an abnormality in the temperature of the absorbance-temperature correlation reagents in the reactor is determined.</p> |
