<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To promote the design improvement of an operation terminal such as a mobile phone by letting the designer of the operation terminal know such situation that a user is not able to reach a target operation screen, the minimum number of times of operations. <P>SOLUTION: When accepting an operation by a user, the control part of the mobile phone makes increment to the operation number i one by one in order to count the operation number (S2), and displays an operation screen on a display part (S3). The control part judges whether or not the least significant layer flag has been detected about the displayed operation screen (S4). When the least significant layer flag has not been detected (S4; NO), the control part returns to S1. Meanwhile, when the least significant layer flag has not been detected (S4; YES), the control part writes the operation number i in the field of the frequency of operations of an operation frequency table (S5).
