<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a method for producing an optical sheet laminate and back light unit, where prism sheets in the coaxial direction are mechanically made orthogonal, are superimposed and are blanked, thus the infiltration of foreign matters to a space between the optical sheets is extremely reduced, so as to reduce bright spots, also, the opportunity of damaging the optical sheets is reduced, so as to improve the quality of the optical sheet laminate, further, the number of steps is reduced, and mass production is possible; an optical sheet laminate and back light unit obtained by the production methods; and an optical sheet laminating device. <P>SOLUTION: The production method comprises: a superimposing step where the masters of two prism sheets in which convex lenses are adjacently arranged to a monoaxial direction on the whole surface, and the axial directions are the same, and the master of at least one diffusion sheet diffusing light are respectively fed, and the masters are laminated; a joining step where the laminated masters are fixed; and a blanking step where a prescribed sheet shape is blanked from the laminated masters. In the superimposing step, the axial directions of the lenses of either prism sheet master and the other prism sheet master are made orthogonal and are superimposed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
