<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile terminal capable of obtaining excellent radio quality in accordance with a varying status. <P>SOLUTION: A mobile terminal comprises: a radio means for receiving a radio signal; a detection means for detecting, from the received radio signal, a radio wave strength of a base station and position information indicating a position of the base station; a storage means for storing base station information including the radio wave strength and the position information of the base station of which the detected radio wave strength is equal to or higher than a threshold, as well as time information indicative of a time at which the radio wave strength is detected; and a control means. In the case that the radio wave strengths of a plurality of base stations detected by the detection means after storage of the base station information are lower than the threshold, the control means uses the base station information stored in the storage means to control directivity of the radio means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
