<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of cement which can be suitably used for reducing the mercury concentration in the flue gas from a cement manufacturing unit. <P>SOLUTION: In a cement manufacturing unit, in which a flue gas discharged from the upper part of the suspension preheater of a cement calcining equipment is used for the drying of cement material in a material pulverizing process and the flue gas discharged from the material pulverizing process is separated in a dust collector into cleaned flue gas and dust collector dust, and the cleaned flue gas is discharged into the atmosphere and the dust collector dust is returned to the upper part of the suspension preheater as a part of cement material, the cement manufacturing method comprises a process (A) in which the concentration of mercury in the flue gas is reduced by discharging a part of the dust collector dust outside the cement clinker manufacturing process and a process (B) in which the flue gas desulfurization gypsum, which is obtained by using the dust collector dust discharged from the cement clinker manufacturing process as a part of lime stone for flue gas desulfurization is utilized as a gypsum for cement finishing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
