POWER DISTRIBUTION/PROPULSION SYSTEM FOR MARINE VESSEL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power distribution system free to use for a naval marine vessel and a submarine.

SOLUTION: This power distribution/propulsion system is constituted of a first propulsion driving system having a propulsion motor 5 having a superconducting winding and an output converter 4. A first propulsion power generation system to feed this first propulsion driving system is constituted of a generator 2 having a superconducting winding and an output converter 3. The first power generation system is constituted of a power source 14 to feed a first service distribution system having a dc distribution bus 25 to carry distribution voltage and a distribution electric current and a power distribution panel 16 having a protection opening and closing device furnished with a contact point. The power source 14 is connected to the power distribution panel 16 by using an output converter 15. The output converters 3, 15 are adjusted in accordance with power source fold-back/stabilization characteristics. Electricity is fed to an electric load from a regional power source unit 23 constituting a main part of a regional power distribution sub system. The electric load and the propulsion motor 5 are adjusted in accordance with load shedding/stabilization characteristics.
