PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof camera which is made look attractive in design and can be screwed with a smaller number of members when lens protection transparent member is screwed in the waterproof camera body via a holding member. SOLUTION: The waterproof camera has: a photographic lens 21; a lens barrel section 26; the lens protective transparent member 3; and an annular holding member 43 that fixes the lens protective transparent member to the waterproof camera body 32. The waterproof camera includes: a first waterproof packing 41 one face of which abuts on the inner peripheral side rear end face of an annular holding member and the outer circumference side rear end face of the lens protective transparent member and the other face of which abuts on the waterproof camera body; and a second waterproof packing 46 the one face of which abuts on the outer circumference side rear end face of the annular protective member and the other face of which abuts on the waterproof camera body. The intermediate part of the annular holding member where the first and second waterproof packings are disposed is fastened with male screws 42 from the inside of the waterproof camera body.
