PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform inverse transformation on an image file of a converted distance image so as to reduce a data amount. SOLUTION: A distance image decoding unit 35 decodes an image file of an encoded distance image. A distance image inverse-transformation unit 34 acquires information relating to transformation added to the image file of the decoded distance image, and inversely transforms a distance value contained in the image file, on the basis of the acquired information.
