PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide lighting equipment for a vending machine easily displaying a predetermined display object, such as color, a pattern, or an advertisement, on a back panel in a product sample chamber at low costs. SOLUTION: A back panel 3b in a product sample chamber 3 is irradiated with light from a first light emission part 12 of an equipment body 11. A transparent member 14 having a prescribed display object (color) between the first light emission part 12 and the back panel 3b is disposed. The color of the transparent member 14 is reflected onto the back panel 3b by the light transmitting the transparent member 14, thereby improving decorative effects, such as giving a cool feeling to a user in summer by, for example, blue background. In this case, since the background color is reflected by the light transmitting the transparent member 14, the background color does not need to be displayed by using a large display sheet covering the back panel 3b, for example, and the background color can be easily displayed at low costs.
