PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a load distribution method, a load distribution system, a load distribution server and a load distribution program, for achieving high distribution performance as a whole distribution service. SOLUTION: In load distribution for adjusting the distribution loads of a distribution server, a distribution server which distributes the request content of a client is selected based on an upper limit band which is made variable according to a time predicted under the consideration of the future load of the distribution server.
