<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processing method of a flat panel display device capable of approaching a difference of an electron emitting state of an electron emitting range at a designated state prior to plant shipment after completing manufacture of the flat panel display device. <P>SOLUTION: In the processing method of a flat panel display device wherein a cathode panel with an electron emitting range and an anode panel provided with a phosphor range and an anode electrode are joined with each other on an outer periphery, after electrons are emitted from respective electron emitting ranges by applying fixed voltage to respective electron emitting ranges and the initial electron emitting state on the electron emitting range is measured at a designated line, aging treatment for applying voltage higher than that of the electron emitting range of the line indicating a low initial electron emitting state at a designated period is performed on the electron emitting range of a line indicating a high initial electron emitting state. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
