PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hoist control device capable of automatically controlling a lifting facility to a desired state by performing the detection of a load applied to ropes of a plurality of hoists and its summation with a simple constitution, and adjusting any deviation between the ropes without using any electric apparatus than an explosion protection limit switch in an explosion protection place and without using any complicated detection means. SOLUTION: The hoist control device includes first and second torque arms which are fixed to an output shaft of each reduction gear of two hoists, and subjected to the turning operation only in the rope delivering direction by the turning reaction force, first and second hydraulic mechanisms for transmitting the turning force of each torque arm, first and second driving members 26, 36 movable along guide bars 24, 25, 34, 35 and moved against the transmission forces from first and second input side cylinders 23A, 23B and the predetermined spring force, and first to third limit switches 31-33 to be switched ON/OFF by the operation of the driving members 26, 36.
