PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of a front end module, capable of performing sure positioning with simplified mounting operation to a vehicle body. SOLUTION: A rear engagement part 65 of a front fender 61 is an elastic tongue piece 69 obliquely extending down from the front lower edge of the front fender 61 to the front, and a rear mounting part 83 of a front end module 1 is a cutout 87 formed in substantially S-shape in plan view, which guides the tongue piece 69 of the front fender 61 when the front end module 1 is mounted. Therefore, when the front end module 1 is mounted, a fender fitting part 9a of the front end module 1 is guided with the cutout 87 being in sliding contact with the tongue piece 69, and the mounting operation can be smoothly performed.
