PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin molded body superior in heat resistance and impact resistance and capable of suppressing unevenness and roughness of the surface, and method of manufacturing the resin molded body. SOLUTION: The resin molded body is characterized in that it contains aliphatic polyester, glass fiber, and a contact angle to water of the surface is not less than 80 degrees. The method of manufacturing the resin molded body is characterized in that it has an injection molding step of injection-molding a resin composition containing the aliphatic polyester and the glass fiber at the cylinder temperature of 240°C or more and 270°C or less, and at the mold temperature of 30°C or more and 60°C or less.
