PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coloring structure body manufacturing apparatus capable of efficiently and highly precisely manufacturing a coloring structure body. SOLUTION: The coloring structure body manufacturing apparatus makes a coloring structure body to be formed while having a prescribed coloring property. The coloring structure body manufacturing apparatus comprises a film formation unit 30 for forming a transparent thin film with a thickness based on the coloring property by applying liquid-state materials to a substrate P and a reflectance measurement unit RF for measuring the reflectance by radiating a transparent thin film formed by alternately applying plural kinds of liquid-state materials with different refractive indexes in layers with detecting light.
