PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exercise implement with a simplified and weight-reduced mechanism placed on a chair, wherein a user sits on the implement, load is added while the pelvis is fixed, and the upper body is turned to the right and the left, and thus, the turning exercise of the abdominal muscles can be performed. SOLUTION: A pipe tube having a smaller diameter which is fixed to the sitting chair section on the lower side is inserted in a pipe tube having a larger diameter which is fixed to a pad section at the back upper section. A binding is attached to the connected section, and the user sets a state which requires a force for turning the upper body to the right and the left by adjusting the binding and setting a proper tightening degree. A cushioning material and a fixing band are attached to the sitting chair section and the pad section at the back upper section, and the exercise implement is formed into a structure where the body and the implement can be fixed. The pipe tube of the sitting chair section is made swingable to the right and the left. Also, the sitting chair section is formed into a structure where a sitting section and a backrest section are connected with a hinge or the like so as to be tiltable forward and backward.
