PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Pachinko game machine capable of presenting a newer performance effect by blowing air from a handle and making a sensuous performance be executed. SOLUTION: The Pachinko game machine 1 capable of putting out prize balls corresponding to the entry when a hit game ball enters a winning port on a game board, includes a blowing means, a guide member for guiding air from the blowing means and blowing it to the surface side of the handle 8, a stay 32 fixed to a front surface frame 3 and capable of fixing a handle 8 and the blowing means, a connection member 31 made connectable by being connected with the base end of the guide member, and a discharge hole 16a capable of discharging the blown air from the guide member to the outside. Connection is made possible by connecting the base end side of the guide member to the connection member 31 in the step of fixing the handle 8 to the stay 32, and the connection member 31 has an elastic member 31c formed at a part connected to the base end of the guide member.
