PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image diagnostic apparatus or a medical information display apparatus which can control display or non-display of an error condition or an alarm condition when the apparatus generates the error condition or the alarm condition. SOLUTION: The image diagnostic apparatus or the medical information display apparatus stores in advance predetermined conditions. When some kind of error condition or alarm condition is generated in the image diagnostic apparatus, the medical information display apparatus or in an external apparatus which is demanded by the preceding apparatus to carry out a processing, the image diagnostic apparatus or the medical information display apparatus senses whether the predetermined conditions are met or not. When the image diagnostic apparatus or the medical information display apparatus senses that the predetermined conditions are met, the apparatus does not display an information dialog irrespective of the generated error condition or alarm condition. The predetermined conditions include an activation of a registered application, displaying of a medical image in a registered mode, an input of a registered shortcut key or the like, or additionally, generation of registered kinds of error conditions or alarm conditions.
