PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user to acquire a residual quantity, the number of administration times, or the residual number of the administration times of medicine in a medicine storage chamber. SOLUTION: This powdered medicine dispenser includes: a body part 2 having an administration medicine chamber 6 storing a prescribed amount of the medicine at a time; a movable body 3 having the medicine storage chamber 22 for storing the medicine and a medicine emission passage 13 for emitting the medicine to be administered and relatively reciprocatably connected to the body part 2, wherein the movable body 3 is changed over between a medicine filling position for communicating the medicine storage chamber 22 to the emission medicine chamber 6 and a medicine administration position for communicating the medicine emission passage 13 to the emission medicine chamber 6; an air feed mechanism 4 for pressure-feeding air inside the medicine emission passage 13; a ringed counter 14 rotationally held in the body part 2 and described with a display indicating the residual number of the administration times of the medicine; and a turning mechanism rotationally turning the counter 14 stepwise in the feed direction when the movable body 3 is reciprocatingly turned; so as to allow the user to visually recognize the change in the display of the turning counter 14.
