摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper discharge device for executing a shifting process while accurately aligning papers without lowering processing efficiency. SOLUTION: The paper discharge device having an aligning member for aligning the papers by lowering from a retreat position to an aligning position is provided with a sensor for detecting height of an upper face of a paper bundle loaded on a paper discharge tray and changes retreat height of the aligning member corresponding to height of an upper part of the paper bundle detected by the sensor.
