<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for issuing, acquiring and using a service coupon across companies, and issuing a detailed service coupon suited to interests of a company or shop and a customer. <P>SOLUTION: The system comprises: a means allowing a member company to transmit a member customer identifier given to each member customer in association with purchase information to a management server 1; a means connected to the management server 1 and accumulating the member customer attribute information input in advance in association with each member customer identifier; a means accumulating the purchase information provided from the member company in association with each member customer identifier; and a means for accumulating service coupon information to be provided by the member company.
