<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a print information management server for easily executing organization change correspondence without any mistake, and for easily inferring the number of prints of the organization even after the change of the organization. <P>SOLUTION: A print information management server 14 is communicatively connected to a printer 16 and a print information management terminal 13, and provided with an organization master including the start date, abolition date, old organization code and old rate of an organization to be managed, and configured to update the organization master by using organization master change information input from a personnel information management server 12, and to tabulate the print records of the organization by using both a print log and the organization mater received from the printer 16, and to make the display part of a print information management terminal 13 display a spreadsheet including the print information before the change of the organization by using the sum-up print records and the organization master. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
