PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately control the drive of a hydraulic motor without causing the enlargement of a device.

SOLUTION: This hydraulic motor driving device intervenes at an oil supply passage 42 from a hydraulic pump 20 to a hydraulic fan motor 10 and includes a direction switching valve 30 controlled by an EPC valve 50. An output pressure port 53 of the EPC valve 50 is connected to a control pressure chamber 57 of the direction switching valve 30. The direction switching valve 30 is operated according to a flow rate of oil discharged from the output pressure port 53 of the EPC valve 50.
