<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system, having a controller circuit that can be accomplished with a low loss in a simple method. <P>SOLUTION: The controller circuit is specified, having a step-up controller 1, a resonant converter 2 connected downstream of the step-up controller 1 on the output side, a transformer 3, a rectifier 4, which rectifier is connected to secondary winding N2 of the transformer 3 on the input side, and a CLL resonant circuit 5 connected to the resonant converter 2 and to primary winding N1 of the transformer 3, which CLL resonant circuit has a resonance capacitance C and a first and a second resonance inductance L1, L2.
