PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress pattern deformation due to thermal shearing during heat treatment after exposure and development.

SOLUTION: A dye-containing negative curable composition contains at least (A) a dye soluble in an organic solvent, (B) a photopolymerization initiator, (C) a photopolymerizable compound containing an amine structure, and (D) an organic solvent. The amine structure of the photopolymerizable compound is preferably a tertiary amine structure.
