<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problems: a care receiver feels fear for instable and shaky movement when being hung with a whole frame, although the frame is considered to be more miniaturized to move itself because the frame has been too large and expensive to be installed anywhere as for a hanging type frame generally considered for moving a bed-ridden care receiver to a wheelchair, toilet or bathroom, while barrier-free houses have increased. <P>SOLUTION: The lengths of the base of the frame and the arm of a ceiling part are made easily and smoothly adjustable by incorporating a bearing, and larger casters with stoppers are attached to the base. Reinforcing plates are provided on the upper left and right of columns for preventing the distortion of the frame. When using it, firstly the care receiver moves to a place where he or she can freely move, shortens a distance between the columns by utilizing the bearing at the ceiling part, and then moves with catching the columns.
