<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an abrasive cloth used for polishing a hard disk for a vertical magnetic recording and made of a fabric used for the hard disk with high radio wave conversion characteristics that cannot be achieved by a usual abrasive cloth. <P>SOLUTION: The abrasive cloth is made of the fabric partly having a fiber bundle which aggregates extra fine fibers composed of thermoplastic polymer with a single fiber size of 1×10-8 to 4×10-4 dtex in number average. In a weft, the twist angle of a twist yarn of the fiber bundle is 10 to 70°. In a warp, the twist angle of a twist yarn of the fiber bundle is 20 to 80°. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
