<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cab and a construction machine having the same, capable of surely sealing a space between both glass, by accurately positioning an interval between the upper glass and the lower glass. <P>SOLUTION: A front window 12 has the lower glass 19 supported on a floor member 9, the upper glass 20 vertically slidably supported by respective columns 10 on this lower glass 19, and a sealant 21 sandwiched between the lower glass 19 and the upper glass 20 in a state of sliding this upper glass 20 up to a preset lower limit position, and has a regulating part 25 regulating a slide of the upper glass 20 in the lower limit position, a support part 23 arranged on the floor member 9 and supporting the lower glass 19, and a window receiving member 14 having integrally a connecting part 26 for connecting these regulating part 25 and support part 23. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
