<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress pressure loss of an external fluid passing through a heat exchanger. <P>SOLUTION: This heat exchanger 10 has a pair of header tanks 14, 14, a plurality of tubes 20 extending between the pair of header tanks 14, 14, and a plurality of corrugated fins 22. Each corrugated fin 22 forms a plurality of corrugated bodies 40 extending in a length (L) direction matching the direction between the pair of tanks 14, 14. Each corrugated body 40 extends in a width (W) direction and defines a plurality of V-shaped section pieces 50 which are offset from each other in the length direction of the corrugated fin 22.
