PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a one-component water shutoff material which is low in viscosity, is excellent in the workability of construction, exhibits superior performances as a water shutoff agent, has adhesive performance to concrete or the like, and is useful as a reinforcing agent. SOLUTION: The one-component water shutoff material contains a urethane polymer containing an isocyanate group at a molecular end obtained by allowing a polyol component to react with an organic polyisocyanate component.
