PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent scratching and wrinkling by drawing of a film and surface transfers. SOLUTION: A solution film manufacturing facility 10 has a plurality of guide rollers 48 on a conveyance path. The guide rollers 48 convey a wet film 12 peeled off from a band 32. The guide roller 48 has recessed portions 60 and projecting portions 61, both formed along its circumferential direction and each having an approximately semicircular cross section. The recessed portions 60 and the projecting portions 61 are arranged alternately along an axis, their respective pitches Pv, Pm being 0.01-2 mm. The height Hv-m from the bottom point 60a of the recessed portion 60 to the apex 61a of the projecting portion 61 is 0.01-1 mm.
