PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor that strikes a balance between a function of pressurizing a rotary shaft of a rotor and a function of pressing a bearing plate in the motor having a biasing member for biasing the rotary shaft of the rotor. SOLUTION: In the motor 2 comprising the rotor 23 having the rotary shaft 231; a stator 211 disposed on the outer peripheral side of the rotor 23; and the biasing member 1 disposed on one end side in the axial direction of the stator 211 and biasing the rotor 23 in the axial direction, the biasing member 1 is formed of a body part 10 mounted on the stator 211 and an biasing part 14 for biasing the rotor 23, and the thickness of the biasing part 14 is formed thinner than that of the body part.
