PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve efficiency in controlling assignment of communication resource areas to be used for a radio communication apparatus when communicating signals on a plurality of channels to an apparatus of a communication partner. SOLUTION: An RB information storage means 8 correspondingly stores therein resource block identification information, identification information of channels to be assigned to resource blocks and information identifying presence/absence of another channel to be assigned to a resource element included in a resource block and identifying a reference destination when there is such another channel. An RB shared information storage means 8 becomes the reference destination or a further other reference destination and correspondingly stores therein identification information of a reference source, identification information of the next reference destination, identification information of a time-direction position of a resource element, identification information of a frequency-direction position thereof, and identification information of a channel to be assigned to the resource element.
