PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a band variable filter capable of setting a wide variable range of a pass bandwidth in response to opening/closing of switching elements without being limited depending upon the number of elements connected to resonators by operating as through while the switching elements are closed, and by operating as a band-pass filter while the switching elements are opened. SOLUTION: A band variable filter includes a plurality of resonators 3a, 3b coupled electromagnetically and at least one or more switching elements 2a, 2b, 2c.
