<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tartary buckwheat tea drink having mellow and clean taste which contains a high concentration of rutin, a functional substance, relaxes bitter taste and bad aftertaste peculiar to tartary buckwheat, and improves a fragrant flavor peculiar to a tartary buckwheat tea drink. <P>SOLUTION: The tartary buckwheat tea drink contains an extract of roasted pulverized buckwheat grain and optionally an extract of buckwheat endopleura.
