<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect nozzle distal end position variation in X and Y directions which is caused when a nozzle descends by inclination of a nozzle shaft by distinguishing it from other error factors, and to correct a sucking position accordingly. <P>SOLUTION: The sucking position correcting method in a component mounting device includes: a nozzle distal end position variation detecting step of detecting nozzle distal end position variation which is the horizontal position variation of the sucking nozzle distal end, when the sucking nozzle of a mounting head is at a height for recognition and when it descends to a height for sucking components; and a correction control step of correcting a component sucking position by the correction quantity of the component sucking position which contains the correction quantity corresponding to the nozzle distal end position variation when sucking the component. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
