摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic analysis apparatus for accurately and stably measuring light by measuring transmission light transmitting through a reaction vessel and calculating the optimal light measurable region for each reaction vessel. SOLUTION: This automatic analysis apparatus comprises a reaction disk 104 having a plurality of reaction vessels 105, and a mechanism system for measuring component concentration of a reactant in a reaction vessel 105 with transmission light having transmitted through the reaction vessel 105. The automatic analysis apparatus also comprises a calculation section for calculating a light measurable region suitable for light measurement in the reaction vessel 105 based on the waveform of the transmission light having transmitted through the reaction vessel 105. The calculation section calculates the timing period T for triggering the light measurement to the region based on the light measurable region suitable for light measurement in the reaction vessel 105 calculated based on the waveform of the transmission light having transmitted through the reaction vessel 105.
