PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine quickly a countermeasure to an asbestos inclusion to be executed in a space having the asbestos inclusion. SOLUTION: A method includes: a step of blowing an air current to the asbestos inclusion in the space having the asbestos inclusion, to thereby collect asbestos scattered by the air current, and receiving input of the number of fibers of the collected asbestos; a step of acquiring a risk degree by the asbestos in the space based on the number of fibers of the asbestos; and a step of outputting the acquired risk degree.
