PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clutch release bearing device capable of enhancing the accuracy of an inner diameter size and the roundness of a sleeve including an extension cylinder by restricting the shrinkage of the extension cylinder of the sleeve in the inner diameter direction. SOLUTION: The device is provided with the sleeve 40 of synthetic resin, a cover member 10 integrated with the sleeve 40, and a clutch release bearing 20 to press an inner diameter side of a diaphragm spring 30. On the sleeve 40, a core metal 50 is installed. The core metal 50 integrally includes a core cylinder 52, and a flange 51 connected to a release fork 7. The sleeve 40 is integrally provided with a body cylinder 41 in which the core cylinder 51 of the core metal 50 is embedded in its thickness to extend along an inner circumferential surface of an inner ring 25 of the clutch release bearing 20, and the extension cylinder 42 extended in the opposite direction. Between the flange 51 of the core metal 50 and the extension cylinder 42 of the sleeve 40, a shrinkage preventing part 60 is provided to restrict the shrinkage of the sleeve 40 in the inner diameter direction after it is molded of a synthetic resin material.
