PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide fixtures which are mountable in plurality on a single prestressing steel wire together with respective load bearing bodies, and can receive uniform tensile force irrespective of whether the fixture is located at a shallow location or a deep location. SOLUTION: The fixture is mounted on the prestressing steel wire B, and the load bearing body coupled with the fixture in one body is arranged in an anchor hole. The fixture is formed of an external cylinder, a binding body stored in the external cylinder, a spring, and an adjusting spacer.
