PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint structure of a precast concrete column-beam member capable of moving the precast concrete column-beam member put on a column member in the lateral direction or horizontally, to provide a building having this joint structure of the precast concrete column-beam member, and to provide a construction method for the building having this joint structure of the precast concrete column-beam member. SOLUTION: In this construction method for the building having this joint structure of the precast concrete column-beam member, the precast concrete column-beam member 14 composed of a column-beam connection part 16, a lower column part 18, an upper column part 20, and beam parts 22A-22D is first put on the column member 12, and then a joining means 44 is inserted into a joint face 184 of the column member 12 or a joint face 186 of the lower column part 18 to join the column member 12 and the lower column part 18 mutually. Consequently, since the column-beam member 14 put on the column member 12 can move in the lateral direction or horizontally, a position of the column-beam member 14 can be adjusted to improve precision in erection after mounting the column-beam member 14 on the column member 12.
