PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a positive electrode mixture by which it is the positive electrode mixture is manufactured which has a larger density. SOLUTION: A raw material containing powders of active material and conductive material is compressed, and the positive electrode mixture for a primary cell is manufactured. Here, as for the raw material, the active material is constituted of manganese dioxide, and contains 4-10 pts.wt. of carbonaceous material as a conductive material against 100 pts.wt. of manganese dioxide. Then, the material is compressed by a pair of compressing rollers 1, 2 of which respective widths are smaller than diameters. Here, the widths of the rollers 1, 2 are 100 to 250 mm. Thus, the raw material of the positive electrode mixture can be compressed to have the density of 3.08 g/cm<SP>3</SP>or higher. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
